Running in Dubai in July usually requires either an extremely early alarm, a questionable relationship with heat or a treadmill. On and SIRO are betting on the treadmill—but making it considerably more social.
The Swiss performance brand has teamed up with SIRO One Za’abeel to launch the SIRO | On Run Club, a new indoor running concept built around structured training, recovery and the kind of group energy that makes the last interval slightly less painful. Launching at SIRO One Za’abeel this summer, the club has been created specifically with the region’s climate in mind. So instead of putting your running routine on pause until October, you can train indoors, stay consistent and enjoy the highly underrated luxury of air conditioning.

Not Just Running in a Room
The sessions combine speed, incline, duration and recovery in an interval-led format designed to deliver a full workout without expecting everyone to run at the same pace. Each participant can adapt the session to their own level, which means the club works whether you are training for a race, returning after a long break or still negotiating with the idea of becoming “a running person.”
The shared setting matters too. Because let's be real, treadmill running alone can feel suspiciously endless. Add music, coaching and other people suffering beside you, and suddenly it becomes a community activity.
“This experience is about redefining what indoor running can be,” says Jamie Moore, SIRO’s Director of Fitness. The programme, he explains, was designed to give runners enough structure to improve while remaining accessible, engaging and supportive at every stage.
Try the Shoes While Actually Running
One of the more useful parts of the partnership is the dedicated On try-on station, where participants can test the brand’s running shoes during the session rather than walking around a shop for three minutes and pretending they have gathered enough information.
The featured models include the Cloudmonster 3, a cushioned daily trainer designed for a smooth, forward-rolling ride, and the Cloudmonster 3 Hyper, created for more intensive training and longer efforts with extra responsiveness.
Trying them in an actual workout gives runners a better sense of how the cushioning, propulsion and fit respond when speed and incline enter the situation. It also makes the collaboration feel more integrated than a logo placed beside a treadmill. We have personally tried them on several occasions ranging from Hyrox training to weightlifting to simply walking around and it might be our fav all around sneakers we've ever tried.

The SIRO | On Run Club is not built around the idea that a good workout should leave you incapable of using stairs for three days.
Recovery is worked into every session, reflecting SIRO’s broader approach to performance through five pillars: sleep, fitness, recovery, nutrition and mindfulness. The goal is not only to train harder, but to understand when to slow down and how to do both more sustainably.
That philosophy feels particularly relevant now, when wellness culture can easily become another form of pressure (hello the THOUSANDS of Insta posts telling you what to do...) More steps, more classes, more kilometres, more data to check before breakfast: no thank you.
This club still wants you to improve, obviously, but it also acknowledges that rest is not what happens when training fails. And surprise, It is part of the training.
The indoor format will run through Dubai’s hottest months, with plans to expand into outdoor activations as the weather becomes less hostile. It is also the first major activation in a longer-term partnership between SIRO and On, with more experiences expected to follow. It makes sense for both brands.
On has built a global audience by making technical performance products feel relevant far beyond race day. SIRO, meanwhile, approaches hospitality through the routines modern travellers do not want to abandon when they leave home: training, eating well, recovering properly and getting enough sleep.
Together, they are creating a run club that sits somewhere between fitness class, product trial and social plan, which is probably exactly what running needs during a Dubai summer.
See you on the treadmill. We might be the ones pretending the incline is not bothering us.
The SIRO | On Run Club is open to all levels at SIRO One Za’abeel, with sessions available to book through the SIRO app.
