Dubai’s dining calendar has another date worth bookmarking. On Friday, August 14, Sutēki is bringing together two Japanese icons—exceptional wagyu and NIKKA Whisky—for Marble & Malt: The Nikka Wagyu Experience, an intimate, one-night-only dinner celebrating Japanese gastronomy and craftsmanship.

For the evening, Sutēki has created a special four-course menu showcasing its signature approach to Japanese cuisine, with each dish thoughtfully paired with one of NIKKA’s celebrated whisky expressions.

The idea is a simple but very tempting one: explore the richness and marbling of wagyu alongside the complexity of Japanese whisky, with each pairing designed to bring out different elements of both.

With just two limited seatings at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, the experience is deliberately intimate, with only a select number of reservations available.
