Dubai has always understood the power of a good crossover, especially when two homegrown brands with strong identities come together. This summer, Huda Beauty and SALT are joining forces for a beauty-meets-food collaboration inspired by Huda Beauty’s new Liquid Matte Mousse and the Soft Matte Core Lips look.

Launching across SALT’s Dubai Mall and Riyadh Park locations, the collaboration transforms both spaces with Huda Beauty branding and a series of immersive moments designed around the new lip launch. At the centre of it all are three limited-edition Softie flavours inspired by shades from the Liquid Matte Mousse range: Honey Nude, reimagined through mango, papaya and cocoa; Baby Pink, translated into strawberry and cotton candy; and Berry Brown, paired with açaí and black vanilla.

The result is playful, highly visual and completely in tune with both brands. Huda Beauty brings its language of colour, innovation and self-expression, while SALT translates those ideas into something edible, social and unmistakably local.

Visitors to the collaboration can discover the new Soft Matte Core Lips look, created using Lip Contour 2.0 and Liquid Matte Mousse, with support from makeup artists on-site. The experience also includes dedicated content moments and ongoing gifting with the purchase of one of the limited-edition Softies.

Sephora Middle East will host the worldwide avant-première of Liquid Matte Mousse, with the product launching exclusively at Sephora Dubai Mall and online from July 10, alongside a limited gift with purchase while supplies last.

Beyond the gloss of the takeover, the collaboration also feels like a celebration of Dubai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and the strength of women-led brands that have grown from the region into names with global recognition. Huda Beauty, founded by Huda Kattan in 2013, has built one of beauty’s most influential communities through products rooted in accessibility, individuality and innovation. SALT, which began in 2014 with a silver Airstream, a secret location and the hashtag #FindSalt, has since become part of Dubai’s cultural fabric by turning food into a shared experience and building a community around it.

The Huda Beauty x SALT takeover will be available at SALT Dubai Mall from July 10 and at SALT Riyadh Park from July 13 until the end of July.
