The Maine Lights Up the Med: Dubai’s Lebanese-Owned Gem Returns to Ibiza and Bodrum This Summer

The sunsets are getting longer, the playlists are on shuffle, and one of our favourite Dubai-born restaurants is back to steal the summer spotlight: The Maine, the Lebanese-owned brasserie-meets-supper-club, is returning to Ibiza and Bodrum, and we’re already packing our linen.
Created by Lebanese-Canadian restaurateur Joey Ghazal, The Maine has become a defining name in elevated yet effortless dining, and this summer, it’s back with renewed energy across two of the Mediterranean’s most iconic destinations. While you can usually find us under the chandeliers at their Business Bay location, this summer we might sign up for a little switch-up-
IBIZA: SUMMER’S MOST DELICIOUS RITUAL

Opened for its third season since May 15, The Maine Ibiza is once again transforming Las Salinas, a UNESCO World Heritage site, into a stage for culinary enchantment. Nestled beneath breezy pergolas and surrounded by golden sunsets, the setting is pure Ibiza—soulful, chic, and timeless.
Expect freshly shucked oysters, wagyu tartare, signature Angry Lobster Pasta, and skewers you won’t find on any other Maine menu. The vibe? Laid-back decadence with a soundtrack of Cuban beats and world-class DJs. It’s no wonder the crowd includes a mix of creatives, loyal locals, and Mediterranean hedonists.
Whether you’re popping in for a date night under the stars or dancing into the night with rosé in hand, The Maine Ibiza knows how to turn dinner into a memory.

BODRUM: WHERE THE AEGAN MEETS ELEGANCE

Just a day later, on May 16, The Maine opens its doors once again at the stunning Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, marking its second season on the Turkish Riviera.
With its monastic-meets-brutalist design, candlelit ambiance, and views that stretch into the Aegean, The Maine Bodrum is nothing short of cinematic. This is where evenings unfold with raw bar delights, handcrafted pastas, pristine seafood, and prime cuts cooked to perfection.
But make no mistake, it’s more than a dinner spot. With its live entertainment program and Mediterranean-meets-Middle-East sensibility, this is a full-on cultural ritual by the sea.

This summer, wherever your passport takes you, The Maine is where you’ll want to end your day. Picture this: something chilled in hand, lobster on your plate, and just the right kind of beautiful strangers nearby. A piece of home around the Mediterranean, we're definitely not mad about it. Oh, and pack your sunglasses. You’re going to want to stay late.
